LD extension is shown for a subpopulation of melons, excluding African agrestis, and was used in the association analysis for fruit quality traits. The false discovery rates p < 0.05 and p < 0.01 are indicated with black and grey dashed lines respectively. Curves were fitted by second degree LOESS.
