Pairwise LD in r2 is shown between markers with shading. The darker shading represents higher LD, black diamonds are r2 = 1. Markers in bold signify those that are located in a haplotype block. Markers with *_ prior to the marker name are markers from the Illumina BovineSNP50 BeadChip that were associated with ADG in the discovery population of animals [9].
