  1. RNA-Seq data was presented in the values of log2 fold change with q-value < 0.05. Data of qPCR are expressed as mean log2 fold change of the relative expression level of three biological replicates with standard error. The fold expressions of each gene in qRT-PCR analysis were normalized by all three reference genes; GRAS, NADH5 and ß-actin expression levels.
