CfSnf1 is involved in response to osmotic stress. (a) The WT, ΔCfSnf1 and ΔCfSnf1/CfSNF1 strains were cultured onto PDA plates with different osmotic stresses (NaCl, KCl, and Sorbitol) at 28 °C for 4 days and photographed. (b) Statistical analysis of inhibition rates of the strains to osmotic stress. Three independent biological experiments were carried out with three replicates each time, and similar results were obtained among the biological replicates. Error bars represent SD of three replicates and asterisks represent significant differences (p < 0.01)
