FISH hybridization signals in YT, TC, and 2nYC with 188 bp 5S rDNA as a probe. Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC)-conjugated avidin was used to detect signals, and 4′,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) was used to stain all the metaphase chromosomes.
