Expression of IKZF3 and IQGAP1 relative to 18S rRNA in samples from MS patients genotyped for (a) rs907091 in IKZF3 (TT (risk): n = 28; CC (protective): n = 44) and (b) rs11609 IQGAP1 (CC (risk): n = 23; GG (protective): n = 36). Samples from individuals homozygous for the risk allele were compared with samples from individuals homozygous for the protective allele with two-tailed Mann-Whitney U-test. P-values <0.05 were considered significant, only the significant p-value is provided in the graph
