Only loop-motifs, which contained 3 statistically significantly and correlated pairings (miR-TF, miR-mRNA, and TF-mRNA) were listed here (p-value ≤ 0.05). It is noteworthy that although there were 43 differentially expressed molecular components at 0 h, there were insufficient numbers of statistically significant and correlated pairings at this initial time point.
