Each vertical line represents the mixing of K proportions/colors (admixture) for a chicken. The order of chickens in each breed is arbitrary but chickens from the same breed are grouped together, where the numbers 1 to 7 represent different breeds, namely PD = Pradhuhangdum, LK = Luenghangkhao, DA = Dang, CH = Chee, RJF = red jungle fowl, BL = brown egg layer chicken, and CB = commercial broiler chicken breeds, respectively.
