  1. bGEBV: the regression coefficient of true breeding values (TBV) on the estimated breeding values (EBVs) for the validation animals.
  2. GEBV_m: the genomic estimated breeding value (GEBV) predicted using the EBV response variable calculated from the conventional multi-trait linear mixed model.
  3. GEBV_s: the GEBV predicted using the EBV response variable calculated from the conventional single-trait linear mixed model.
  4. GEBV_mc: GEBV_m divided by the average reliability of EBV for the reference animals.
  5. GEBV_sc: GEBV_s divided by the average reliability of EBV for the reference animals.
