Phylogenetic tree based on the 7515 bp long alignment of concatenated coding sequence fragments from the mitochondrial genomes expressed in the mantle of a male individual of Baltic M. trossulus with the reference genomes listed in Table 1. Branch support is given as posterior probability (Bayesian inference).
