The selection coefficient is fixed at σ=0 (selectively neutral), and the sample size is fixed to be n = 100. In each panel, a thin black line shows the cumulative distribution for M =1 as a control, and bold lines colored red, blue, and orange represent the distributions for M = 2, 3, and 4, respectively. “NA” and missing lines indicate that the categories in question did not gather enough numbers of simulated loci.
