Flanking and peak markers mentioned on X-axis and F-values on Y-axis (F-values also given in Table 3). Peak of qDTY1.1 was between RM11943 and RM431 in combined analysis. Figure also presents differentially expressed genes between N22 and IR64 in qDTY 1.1 region.
