The SCARB1-2 alleles, ranged in size from 623 to763 bp, and comprise the enhancer of zeste consensus motif (EZH2) [T/C]GAG[T/C][G/T] (underlined). The sequence of the repetitive EZH2-elements diverges for Bleke and the commercial Atlantic salmon.
