  1. There are seven control and 21 lymphoma samples. COBRA results are described as relative intensity of the methylated band out of all bands in the lane. The MSP results are described as a ratio between the methylated and unmethylated primer sets. Because these primer sets use different conditions for amplification, the ratio cannot be directly interpreted as a proportion of methylated DNA, but as a number relative to the other samples. Samples marked N/A were unavailable for the particular analysis.
